Terms & Conditions

• It just takes $395 USD per person to book an experience.
• 50% of the balance is due 30 days after booking.
• The remaining 50% is due 100 days prior to the start date of the program.
• If the program starts in less than 100 days after booking, then the full balance is due within 10 days.
• Certain portions of the fee are refundable, depending on the date of the refund request.

Refund Policy

The amount of your refund is based on how far in advance from the start date of the trip you notify us of your cancellation.

• More than 120 days: 100% refundable
• 120-91 days: 100% refundable, less deposit
• 90-45 days: 50% refundable
• Less than 45 days: non-refundable
