Reserve Your Experience

Terms & Conditions

  • $495 deposit per person to book a program.

  • Deposit is applied toward the balance of your program fee.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but convertible to credit per our Change of Program Policy.

  • 50% of the balance is due 300 days before the program start date.

  • The remaining 50% is due 150 days before the program start date.

    • If the program starts less than 300 days after booking, then 50% of the program balance is due within 10 days.

    • If the program starts less than 150 days after booking, then the full program balance is due within 10 days.

  • Certain portions of the program fee are refundable, per our Cancellation Policy

Final payment is due no later than 150 days before your scheduled arrival. If your balance remains unpaid 90 days prior to your start date, you will receive a notice informing you that your spot will be cancelled.

Insurance

The Good Life Abroad provides a blanket travel medical insurance policy that covers you during your experience with us. We refer to this as the “Base Plan”, and details can be found here.

In addition to the Base Plan, for an additional price you may purchase the “Voluntary Plan”. This provides additional benefits and the option to buy Cancel For Any Reason insurance, and an option for a Pre-Existing Condition Exclusion waiver. Details and pricing can be found here.

We strongly recommend participants purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance to protect their investment in case they are not able to participate in the program for any reason.
