Everything about the trip was great! Portuguese people and those in our group were very friendly. Activities, lunches and happy hours were well planned. The experience was a good balance of personal time and group activities. Our city manager was phenomenal and kept us apprised of what was going on around our city even on weekends that were not her responsibility. Our tour guides were excellent and the group activities were very high quality with varied types of experiences.

Apartment selection. Balcony with view of construction workers close. Privacy? No towel racks or hooks. Street was near a restaurant and cluttered with debris and trash. Slow response from apartment manager~1 week to answer questions.

We had a wonderful trip! The program gave us plenty to do (and plenty of wonderful people to do it with), but we also had lots of opportunity to do things on our own. I have not a single complaint. We adored Jen, and she was always available to help out or make suggestions.
