Your home base is a modern serviced apartment residence located just outside Málaga’s historic center, near the waterfront on Trinidad Grund Street. This central coastal location puts you steps from the port promenade, restaurants, and cultural landmarks—while offering quieter streets than the busy Old Town core.

Expect comfortable studio, one-bedroom (including lofted options), and two-bedroom apartments designed for extended stays, each with a kitchenette and space to cook, relax, and unwind. Staying under one roof helps the group build community naturally through small interactions—coffee chats, shared tips, and spontaneous meet-ups. You’ll be close to the waterfront promenade (Muelle Uno), Soho arts district, and Old Town landmarks, plazas, markets, cafés, and beach access.

We provide modern serviced apartments just outside Málaga’s historic center (on/near Trinidad Grund Street), close to the waterfront. Yes — lots. While we include a curated selection of community activities, the program is designed to balance structure and freedom. Outside scheduled group events, you’re free to explore beaches, museums, cafés, local restaurants, or take short trips around the Costa del Sol. It’s your experience — stroll, relax or adventure as you choose.

Yes. Our program allows members to have a guest stay with them for part of their stay. Guests are welcome to enjoy the apartment and explore the city but will not be able to join the included community events. An additional fee applies, and guests must provide passport information to comply with local regulations. Contact us for details.

The program fee includes: 30 nights in a fully furnished apartment, all scheduled community activities, weekly apartment cleaning, utilities and Wi-Fi, weekly lunch & happy hour, support from a local Community Manager, travel medical insurance (up to $100,000), and medical evacuation insurance (up to $500,000). What’s not included: airfare, airport transfers, phone services, optional tours or extra activities, weekend travel, and any personal expenses beyond the included items.
