Live in one of our stylish buildings located in the L’Eixample area, near the majestic Arc de Triomf, in one of Barcelona’s most centrally located neighborhoods. In less than two miles in any direction walk to the city’s most famous areas such as the touristy Ramblas, hip Born district, or the swanky Gracia.
Enjoy all the modern conveniences like elevator, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. When you’re not exploring Barcelona, spend time lounging by a public fountain, or reading in a cafe.
Almost everything Barcelona offers is walkable from your apartment, but there is also an excellent public transportation system that frees you from needing a car. Our Community Manager will show you how to navigate public transit just like a local.

Barcelona Community Manager
Our team of Community Managers are your local friends in town! Tina and Patrick help our groups live like locals in Barcelona. They organize community activities, and curate the best events happening in town. While they are both originally from North America, they both studied at University of Barcelona for their Masters degrees (at separate times). Upon graduating, they both stayed and have lived in Barcelona ever since. Earlier in her career, Tina organized guided tours on behalf of an environmental nonprofit organization, and she also worked on cruise ships with a wide variety of people from around the world. Patrick is a licensed guide and content creator, full of helpful tips for your time in Barcelona and other parts of Spain.
