"[I like] the freedom of joining the group or the bus with excursions—that are wonderful. We've been to Sintra and Pena Palace—and we went in a group and it was great. You could take your own photos, and take 15-20 minutes before you have to meet the group again. I like the individual time and the group time. So if you're on the fence, I'd give it a shot."
