Our London program runs out of two different program sites: King's Cross for those in a Month-Long Signature Program and Paddington for those who select a Two-Week Short Stay. King's Cross offers a residential, design-forward home base steeped in the neighborhood's industrial history, while Paddington places you amid leafy squares and canal walks in one of London's most walkable, newly redeveloped corners. Both sites keep you centrally located, with easy Tube access into the rest of the city.
King's Cross Program Site – Signature
Designed by award-winning architects, your apartment building was built to reflect the industrial history of King’s Cross and the surrounding area. Inside its striking brick and metal exterior, the property welcomes you with a designer lobby with elevators. The apartments have been designed and decorated with a mid-century style and a high-end finish. Living rooms lead out onto small french balconies and are complete with hardwood flooring and underfloor heating, while kitchens are equipped with state of the art appliances.

Paddington Program Site – Short Stay
Your Short Stay home base sits in Paddington, a newly redeveloped corner of London wrapped around leafy squares and the canal at Paddington Basin — central enough for easy access, quiet enough to feel like your own. Stylish studio and one-bedroom apartments come with fully equipped kitchenettes, and building amenities extend the sense of ease: a fitness room, an on-site café and bar, and 24-hour reception just steps from major transport links.

Our community lives in the area of Kings Cross. However, if staying independent of The Good Life Abroad, then Covent Garden and Southbank offer central locations with great dining and attractions nearby. Accommodations range from boutique hotels to serviced apartments ideal for longer stays.

Toby number 1. Accommodations were awesome, communication right from the beginning when setting up the trip. Portlandd Brown had great service. I loved the planned activities/places that were things that we wouldn't have done otherwise. Yet, we had plenty of time to explore on our own.
