Travel Medical and Trip Cancellation Insurance
The Good Life Abroad provides a blanket insurance policy that covers you during your experience with us. We refer to this as the "Base Plan".
The Good Life Abroad Base Plan
Included in the price of The Good Life Abroad experience:
$100,000 limit for overseas medical expenses
$1,000,000 limit for emergency medical evacuation expenses
24-hour Travel Assistance service
$2,500 limit for return ticket home for medical reasons
The Base Plan is automatically included in the program price and cannot be opted out of regardless of whether you have your own insurance or not.
The Good Life Abroad Voluntary Plan
Once enrolled, you'll have access to your Core Travel Insurance portal, where you can view your policy details, coverage amounts, and options for additional coverage.
Additional available insurance includes, but is not limited to:
Trip cancellation coverage (must be purchased before final payment due date)
Additional medical emergency coverage overseas
Transit pack: travel delay, baggage delay, baggage & personal effects
Coverage for travel days before or after your TGLA program
