Purpose for The Good Life Abroad

Fundamentally, The Good Life Abroad is not only about having an apartment abroad. We are not a property company. We are not trying to compete with Airbnb.

The Good Life Abroad is all about community. We believe there is great value in being part of a community and developing connections with other like-minded people.

In order to foster those connections, we include in our programming a series of activities and social events to help bring together our members.

In every Good Life Community, we include:

Welcome reception for new groups, and farewell party for departing groups.
Weekly community lunch at different restaurants (we call it "Tuesday Lunch Club")
Weekly Happy Hours (drinks included)
Weekly lecture or workshops by local experts on a topics relevant to the destination
Excursions to nearby towns or places of interest
Travel medical insurance

Imagine...

Learning about the Renaissance from a renowned expert from University of Florence.
Enjoying a private lunch at a chef's table in Barcelona with your fellow community members.
Meeting up with your new friends for morning yoga, then heading to you regular sidewalk cafe for a cappuccino.

This is a completely different experience than renting an Airbnb by yourself. So, it really depends on what type of experience you're looking for.
